Building Win-Win Relationships

Program Purpose
The purpose of the Building Win-Win Relationship Course is to improve the performance of the organization. It will provide the organization with the knowledge and skills required to successfully sell its products and services within the targeted marketplace.
 
To accomplish this purpose, the program will:
a.      Encourage a common methodology.
b.      Review the concepts of planning.
c.      Review tactics.
d.      Provide an opportunity to practise skills.

Program Objectives

Upon completion, the participants should be able to:
1.      Effectively communicate the decision making process.
2.      Develop a call plan.
3.      Conduct an effective call.
4.      Sell direct, tangible benefits.
5.      Effectively handle customer objections.
6.      Effectively close calls through specific customer action.
